I'm a UX architect — I build systems that hold up once real users, real constraints, and real deadlines hit them.

Fifteen-plus years across aviation, healthcare, and financial services taught me to research before I recommend, and to build with stakeholders, not for them. Most recently I've been pairing that with AI-augmented workflows — using them to move faster without cutting corners on rigor.

Thirty years ago, at 22, I came to the U.S. with some English, $700 in my pocket, and no real idea what to expect.

The path wasn't a straight line — plenty of setbacks, a few layoffs, two points where I nearly turned back. What got me through was persistence, curiosity, hard work, and a little bit of luck.

I built my life here. In a very real way, I was made in the U.S.

Now I reside in Farmington, MN, with my wife, two teenage kids, and a giant cat called Cash. We love traveling, trying out hiking trails all over the world, and sampling local cuisine nearby.
